As an extremely special treat, we have partnered with StraxArt™ to bring one of the largest displays ever of Jerry Garcia’s artwork to the Hamilton Live. Each show will have a different “setlist” of art on display each evening, and all art prints are available for purchase. The first 100 buyers will take home a very rare never before seen work of art from Jerry, which will not be published again after this amazing event!

For any wheelchair or ADA needs, please contact the Box Office in advance of the performance at (202)-769-0122.

Please note that the front row of tables and chairs will be cleared for this show to create a general admission Pit. Be advised that there may be some seated areas where vision of the stage is obstructed.

Dead on Live
Dead on Live
Come join Dead On Live for their DC debut as they present a special Wednesday night Garcia birthday celebration with a mix of classic Jerry solo project songs and favorite good ol’ Grateful Dead tunes.

For this special Jerry birthday presentation, Marc Muller and his cast of world-class musicians remain true to the music by not only performing classic album covers note for note, as originally releasesed, but by opening the music up to free improvisation and musical exploration, as originally intended! You’ll hear solo gems from 1971’s “Garcia”, funky RnB of 1973’s “Live at the Keystone”, reggae soul of 75’s “Reflections”, as well as plenty of Dead favorites through their 30-year journey, all making for a special night celebrating the life and music of Jerry Garcia.

Based on their unique approach of note for note renditions, Dead On Live has become nationally recognized as one of the standout acts on the scene today paying tribute to the music of the Grateful Dead. DOL shows feature specific records of specific eras, in the past performing “Workingman’s Dead” and “American Beauty”, the 71-72 era with songs from “Skull and Roses” and the iconic “Europe 72”, the 73-74 show with selections from “Wake of The Flood” and “Mars Hotel”, and their epic Wall of Sound show, as well as their most ambitious project to date, “Terrapin Station” as released in 1977, note for note in its entirety featuring the Monmouth Symphony Orchestra.
