Welcome to The Hamilton Live, Washington, DC’s premier music venue.  Located just steps from The White House in the lower level of The Hamilton, an award-winning restaurant, our concert hall boasts a capacity of 600, providing an intimate setting for both established and emerging artists. From Grammy-winning legends to local talents, our stage has hosted an impressive array of performers including Chubby Checker, Ed Sheeran, and Megan Moroney. Whether you’re a fan of rock, jazz, blues, country, or beyond, The Hamilton Live offers an unparalleled live music experience.

Our Food

As part of Clyde’s Restaurant Group (CRG), we are proud to feature local, fresh, and sustainable foods across our menus. Our Commitment to Better began decades ago when we chose to bypass traditional commercial produce routes in favor of locally grown fruits and vegetables. Establishing relationships with local farmers, CRG was farm-to-table before it was a term. Not only does this provide fresher ingredients for our chefs and guests, but we consider it part of our ongoing collaboration with the local economy to design dining experiences that support the region’s growth. Our chefs proudly support local watermen of the nearby Chesapeake Bay and other east coast fisheries. Our seasonal menus showcase the true “bounty of the sea.” In addition to our local, farm-grown produce and seafood, we proudly serve Linz Hertitage Angus, Keystone Farms Chicken, and Leidy’s Premium Duroc Pork.

Ryan encountered the music industry early on as a child at Van Halen’s 1984 tour. He started as an intern at Philadelphia recording studio, Sonic Studio. Shortly thereafter, he found himself doing promotion work at Philadelphia’s famous Trocadero Theatre. There he quickly filled the role of Live Sound Engineer. He sharpened his sound engineering skills at The Trocadero before accepting an Audio Engineering position at another Philly landmark, World Cafe Live. It wasn’t long before Ryan’s skills were fully recognized and he was promoted to Production Manager. After a short hiatus on the coast of Maryland, Ryan moved to Annapolis, where he worked around the local music venues before settling in at The Hamilton Live as Production Manager.
